- AWARENESS – Reflect on the non-material things you desire in your life: peace, safety, joy, love, understanding, or healing from sadness or anger.
- CONSIDERATION – Choose one of these desired experiences and think about how you can provide it for someone else.
- ACTION – This week, in an appropriate way, offer your chosen experience to another person. For example, you could offer a listening ear to someone who is struggling or perform an act of service for someone who needs help.
