Mission #6 – Sept 13, 2018

It’s Day 6 of the Compassion Games!

I have a question for you, agents. Who are you constantly? A more specific way to answer this question is to consider how you act and behave when there is no one watching, especially when doing those ordinary, everyday things we all do habitually.

Such is the encouragement that we offer you today. Your mission is to bring increased mindfulness and positivity to your behavior, specifically around those things you do every day. Put simply, do all the little things the way they are meant to be done.

Some things to consider doing:
  – Carefully return things to where you got them.
  – Completely clean up after yourself.
  – Positively acknowledge those you serve and those who serve you.
  – Mindfully engage in activities like doing the dishes and brushing your teeth.

Pay extra attention to the opportunities you have to do these things when alone, when you might be tempted to give less than full effort.

Moving forward, extend the concept of doing all the little things the way they are meant to be done beyond a single day. And when the opportunity arises, do the bigger things in a way that makes you proud.

Again, help us increase the ripples of positivity generated by your actions by reporting your activity on the Compassion Map.

Good luck, agents!
