Welcome to Day 4 of the Compassion Games!
Begin your Compassion Games efforts by identifying some non-material things you wish to experience in your life, things like safety, peace, or a decrease in sadness or anger. Your mission today is to choose one of these things and provide it in an appropriate way for someone else. Doing so, we believe, will not only be a gift of thoughtfulness to the other person, you'll get to experience some of it yourself.
Some examples:
– If you wish to have a greater sense of safety, help another know they are safer.
– If you wish to experience peace, provide peace in some way for another.
– If you wish to heal your own sadness or anger, seek to heal the sadness or anger of another.
Use your imagination and trust your sense of self to apply the concept of this mission in a personally relevant and meaningful way.
Do not feel like this has to be anything "big." An important part of these missions is to become familiar with doing what is sincere to YOU, not as a show for others. Your level of sincerity can only be defined by you.
We believe an important way to counteract the amount of negativity we hear about is to promote the positive things people are doing. As such, please report your activity on the Compassion Map.
